If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, I highly recommend Alex Auto. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, Scott at the front desk kept me informed every step of the way. He called with updates throughout the process, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Alex also took the time to introduce himself, explain the work that needed to be done, and answer my questions. The final bill matched the original estimate—no surprise charges or upselling, which is rare these days. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent service, and most importantly, honesty. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Alex Auto has earned my business and my recommendation.

I had a great experience here at Alex Auto. Came in for an oil change, brake fluid exchange, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff were friendly ,explained what was needed without pushing anything unnecessary The work was done efficiently. My car feels noticeably better after the service. Clean shop, fair pricing, and solid customer service. Definitely a place I’d trust again and will be bringing my other vehicles for sure

I recently needed the brakes replaced on my Audi and wanted to avoid the dealership since they tend to overcharge. While doing my research, I came across Alex Auto Inc and noticed the shop had excellent ratings and had been a family-owned business for over 20 years. Late Friday night, I reached out through their website to schedule an appointment. I didn’t realize it was already after hours, but to my surprise Alex responded and said that even though they were closed, he could get me scheduled first thing Monday morning. That immediately told me he genuinely cares about his customers. I mentioned that I would need to drop my car off before the shop opened, and Alex let me know they had a secure drop box for keys, which made the process very easy. I dropped the car off early Monday morning, and to my surprise my car was finished the same day. They replaced my brake pads and rotors, and now my Audi drives perfectly with no more squeaking. They even cleaned the car, which was a really nice touch. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted by Scott, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. While I was there, I jokingly asked him if there was something I could do to the engi

We love Alex!!! We havebeen going to Alex for at least three years and he has always given us the best service without the dealership price. We take both our Mercedes and BMW to him for all auto needs. I just had engine mounts replaced and transmission resealed with new filter. My 2008 C300 now rides brand new. Such a wonderful difference!!!

Alex Auto’s has been great to work with. Raphael and Roman helped me out with my Jeep Wrangler when I was having an exhaust issue. They spotted the problem right away and then recommended a great welding shop that fixed it for a really fair price. My girlfriend has been coming here for years and they have always taken good care of her as well. The prices are reasonable and the employees are genuine honest people who actually want to help. I would definitely recommend them.
